1. You might send it to an understanding friend or family member in your area.
2. Some women have had packages sent to their therapists, hair removal practitioners, or physicians.
3. Many local gender groups offer postal services for members.
4. You might also consider setting up a mailbox with the Post Office or at a nearby private mailing service like The UPS Store.
5. If you cannot afford to set up a mailbox, The UPS Store. will accept certain kinds of packages (including FedEx, UPS, and U.S. Mail) for a small fee, but they will need to call to notify you when it arrives. If you're concerned about their leaving a message at home, perhaps you have a friend with a pager or cell phone who can take the call, or perhaps you can make arrangements for them to hold the package without calling, and you can call them.
