Calpernia Addams and Andrea James of Deep Stealth Productions partied like it’s 1982 at the DIVA Queer Silver Outfest kickoff party Wednesday. The theme reflected the year Outfest started. Calpernia and Andrea brought the trailer for their short film Casting Pearls and talked about the film, playing at Outfest this year as part of the Girls Shorts program. DIVA (Diverse and Inclusive Visionary Artists) held the event at O Bar. Outfest starts July 12 and runs through the 23rd at multiple Los Angeles venues.
LOGO network has released the Beautiful Daughters documentary online in its entirety. The program follows the making of the first all-transgender performance of The Vagina Monlogues by Eve Ensler, produced by Deep Stealth Productions as part of Eve’s worldwide anti-violence movement VDay.

Deep Stealth was on hand for the 17th Annual GLAAD Media Awards event in San Francisco. Calpernia presented the award for Outstanding Television Movie or Mini-Series: The Long Firm (BBC America) [Accepted by: Scott Gregory, BBC America].
