We also work to provide more accurate and positive portrayals of transgendered people, and to give a voice to transgendered actors and entertainers who are frequently relegated to roles which are demeaning stereotypes.

Desperate Housewives star Felicity Huffman contacted Deep Stealth in preparation for her Oscar®-nominated role as a transsexual woman in Transamerica, written and directed by Duncan Tucker. Calpernia and Andrea worked with Felicity on the script and the character. Calpernia and Andrea also both appear in the film.
